A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROCESS

Go beyond superficial tricks and gimmicks.

BreathWork is not a trick or hack!

It is a comprehensive process that integrates into everything you do.

  • Comprehensive training builds awareness, sensitivity, and control, integrating the breath with various physiological processes and reflexes.

  • BreathWork requires consistent practice that creates an internal state of being. BreathWork is something you are, not something you do.

  • BreathWork creates a baseline that naturally supports all healing physiology and optimal performance.

Process + Experience = Integration + Natural Expression

This series of online classes will develop technical understanding and practical experience in MD BreathWork. Regular lessons are an opportunity to learn new information, get guidance on drill progressions, and receive feedback on questions.

Critical training happens as you integrate principles and drills into your daily life. You must take responsibility and prioritize consistent practice and application of skills outside the scheduled class. We call it Breath ’Work’ for a reason, it will take time, energy, and effort to learn. Only you can do the work, but you will get back 100 times what you put into it.

BreathWork skills are always with you in every situation. They are the key to unlocking better physical and mental health. With consistent practice, MD BreathWork builds durability and resiliency providing you with a stronger psyche and body for every moment in your life.

Group Class Advantage

The group class allows us to explore drills together to provide additional insights and motivation. With the help of the group and instructor, you can work through hurdles that may be overwhelming by yourself. Together we will support each other in developing the knowledge, skills, and fortitude necessary for individual growth and success.

Clear, simple habits on a daily and weekly basis determine a healthy lifestyle

In each session, you will receive detailed instructions on drills and training practices to start applying at home. It's important to remember that healing and developing healthy lifestyle skills are accumulative. It's lots of little things added together that make the difference. It’s not just one thing. There are no single factor causes or cures in our biology. Consistency in class and at home will determine your success.

  • Show Up Consistently

  • Take Responsibility and Do The Work

  • Listen and Ask Questions

  • Have Patience and Trust the Process

If you can do those things, I can help you. I will support your efforts in every way possible. I will work hard and go the extra mile, but I expect you to do the same for yourself.
